Introduction to the course
The course consists of 3 modules:
Module 1: AI Fundamentals
Module 2: Offensive AI
Module 3: Defensive AI
By the end of this course, you will:
- Understand AI Fundamentals: Grasp the technology behind AI, the tasks it can perform, its key components, and different approaches, along with a deep dive into AI use cases, architectures, and training methodologies.
Differentiate between traditional cybersecurity and AI-powered cybersecurity, exploring the realms of offensive and defensive AI, and understanding how AI contributes to preventive activities, risk analysis, and strategic planning in cybersecurity. - Navigate Offensive AI: Recognize AI threats and their potential impact, identify attack surfaces within AI systems, perform pentesting on AI components, and understand the dynamics of AI-assisted exploits and intrusions.
- Master Defensive AI: Learn to differentiate traditional security approaches from AI-powered solutions, detect abnormal behaviors, apply AI in network monitoring, intrusion detection, and incident response, and harness AI for enhancing SIEM platforms, reducing false positives, and orchestrating automated responses in cloud and hybrid environments.
